For 20 years, Winona State University students have been strutting their stuff at the beginning of each school year, vying for a spot on the Dancescape participant list. Freshman to super seniors, community members to high school students, came out in early September to earn a chance to dance in the Feb. 11-13 concert.
On April 1, the Winona Dive and Rescue team united for their monthly training session. Wednesday\'s session included latching their boats together and practicing dragging operations. (Kim Streblow)
Krista Okonek has a tattoo on her right shoulder in memory of Teagan, her stilborn duaghter. Okonek's husband Karl also has one to honor the baby who died in December. (Chelsey Wilson )
