Protesters aren’t always bitter and angry--sometimes they just care
What we share is this:
We were sad and heartbroken and astounded and appalled and devastated following the events of 9/11.
It’s not over. It will never be over. But we can leave. Please let us leave.
We have done our time, sold our souls, and there are many people who will not be coming back.
According to http://icasualties.org/Iraq/index.aspx, 7,302 soldiers will not be returning home.

It’s time for us to join those who have been trying to no avail--contact your representatives; attend a peace rally; send an e-mail; start a letter writing campaign
The headline in The Washington Post March 2, 2011 read: “Lt. Gen. John Kelly, who lost his son to war, says U.S. largely unaware of sacrifice.”

Corporal Andrew Wilfahrt, son of Jeff and Lori Wilfarht of Rosemount, MN, was killed on February 27th, 2011, while serving in Afghanistan.
