This outdoor educational event targets 5th grade students from all over the surrounding area from Pepin Elementary to La Crosse and Houston, Minn., to Black River Falls

Saturday, April 23rd, the 9th Annual Between the Bluffs, Beer, Wine & Cheese Festival will be held at the Southside Oktoberfest Grounds, in La Crosse, WI, from 2-6pm.
