Lisa Gray is a mom, writer, bookseller (at The Book Shelf), and the owner of an ill-mannered puggle, Maya, who rudely wormed her way into this head shot. In her former life, she taught English to seventh graders and high school students throughout the tri-state area. She coached speech and toured Europe and even made it to Cameroon, Africa once by herself. Now that a husband and children are on the scene, she has found her home in Winona where piles of stuff and unwashed dishes rule her life. She wants to be a public speaker and a published author with a book tour but worries that digital books will ruin her chances. Through it all, coffee and books remain constant companions.
